If you are a parent and have a question about your own account or the school-account such as:
- I cannot couple my child-account;
- I do not see any blogs for my group;
- I have 2 accounts;
then please contact your school. The school is responsible for managing the school-account and the users.
Do you have a question about:
- I have lost my password;
- I have lost my username;
- I did not receive an invitation email;
- the link in the invitation email has expired;
then please go to the login page for your school and use the buttons on that page to reset your password, or request your username or another invitation email to be sent.
